Civil War Star - Bits 'n Pieces

A quilt for a confident beginner with both piecing and applique experience.  The pattern includes instructions for both a wall hanging-throw size 57" X 67" and a bed quilt 88" X 99".  It would be a wonderful way to use reproduction fabrics from the Civil War period, but equally lovely in modern brights.
