Shipping policy

We ship by USPS using GROUND ADVANTAGE.  All packages are trackable and are insured by the USPS up to $100.  We try to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Power outages, winter storms and other unforseeable natural problems arise from time to time which will delay orders.  If packages are damaged customers must contact their local post office for reimbursement.  Tracking is available through the USPS website, customers can track their package after it has left the local PO. Once a package is deposited at the post office we are no longer responsible for the package or contents.
